Allie finds herself in a new situation after her mother dies. She's now living with her powerful father, going to a new school and she's not too thrilled with it. She's a tough girl and while she's unsure of her surroundings she's not going to let anyone stop her and keep her down. Not even sexy Roman. Roman, is out to destroy Allie, for whatever reasons, but what he never anticipated was that she's not like the other girls he's used to and when she starts to get under his skin he panics. Reluctantly he and his friends welcome her into their inner circle, which makes her untouchable... but that just brings trouble for Allie. And well it just takes a turn from there.
I have to say that Daniela definitely knows what she's doing. This book takes a dark turn but Daniela handled it so well, she's delicate in the way she described it. And I don't think it could have been better stated! Your heart breaks for the characters as Allie deals with the trauma. I really loved Roman, while he was hard to love at first, you can't help but open your heart up to him. And I can't wait to read more of this series!
