"A heartfelt story that will make you laugh and swoon! The perfect feel-good read!" --Laura Kaye, NYT Bestselling Author "A seaside reunion story that will have you believing that love heals heartbreak and truly transcends time." ~ Christi Barth, USA Today bestselling author

Exclusive Excerpt:

"How did you know about me wanting to make partner?" Wren asked as they climbed the porch steps of her family’s beach house. Smith laughed. "You're not the only Donovan sister to eat at my restaurant. Raven keeps me up to date on you, too." "I'm surprised she mentions me." "Only when I ask. I like hearing about what you're up to." Wren's head tilted. "Really? After all this time?" He met her gaze. "Always." After blooming into a slow smile, she said. "That's nice." "It's the truth. You stopped coming to the island but I didn't stop caring about you. We were good friends...once." Smith reached for one of her hands. She nodded. "We were. Friends." Wren looked like she might say something else, but then looked down at their entwined fingers. "I didn't know what to expect when I went to the restaurant tonight." She lifted her lashes to gaze at him again. "But somehow I knew you'd make everything okay." His heart thrummed. "I'm glad. I'd do anything to put a smile on your face." Her lids tightened just slightly as she peered at him as if with new eyes. "You're the same but different. In a good way. Is that weird to say?" He grinned as he shook his head. "No. So are you." Wren looked surprised. "How so?" Drawing closer, his voice softened. "I always knew you were smart and would be a huge success. And you were always the prettiest girl on the island in summer. But now, damn woman, you're more beautiful than I ever imagined." Wren’s cheeks flushed pink and her gaze turned down to the floorboards. "You're just saying that." Gently, Smith cupped her jaw and bored into her dazzling green eyes. "I never say anything I don't mean." She nodded, her pupils dilating. "Oh-kay." "The fact that you don't know how gorgeous you are tells me you've never been with a man who truly appreciates you. And that's a damn shame." Smith's fingers slid to the back of her neck and threaded through her hair. "A smart man would understand your value and worship you. Have you ever been worshiped, Wren?" Wren swallowed hard. "No." "Would you like to know how it feels?" "Yes," she whispered. Without another word his mouth closed on hers. He kissed her softly at first, savoring the exquisite taste and feel of her flesh. His tongue darted across her lower lip, then dipped into her mouth. A tiny whimper escaped her throat and she answered by stroking his tongue with hers. Turning her head slightly, she opened her mouth to grant him better access. Accepting her invitation, he plunged deeper, nibbling on her bottom lip then sucking it into his mouth. Wren's knees wobbled. She wrapped her arms around his firm torso, pulling herself against him. Fierce need swelled in him, sending heat straight to his groin as a low growl rumbled in his chest. They kissed for what seemed like hours, discovering each other as raindrops spattered the porch roof. Finally, breathless and filled with so much want he could scream, Smith pulled away. "Wow," she said as her chest heaved. "Yeah. Wow."

Movement around the room drew her three-ton eyelids open only to see a jacket then a shirt find its way to the back of a chair. Talk about a shot of caffeine. She lurched up. “What are you doing?” Eli turned, providing her a view of a lean muscular chest covered in a tight, white tank. Only a saint wouldn’t have licked their lips, and Lord knew when it came to Eli, Tabby was no saint. “I’m getting comfortable.” The “duh” was involuntary. “Why?” He sat, forearms dusted with dark hair tensing as he removed his shoes and socks. “Because sleeping in a tux is highly overrated.” The quip was enough to throw her hormone-riddled mind into question, and by then, Eli was working on his belt. Dear God, if he takes off his pants, I don’t care what happens, I’m out of here. She raised her gaze to see a smirk flitting about his sinful lips. “Don’t worry. I’ll keep them on.” Tabby shrugged, but the gesture was a sham, and they both knew it. A knock at the door had them both turning. Eli crossed to the small hallway and a moment later wheeled in a beautifully set cart. He grinned. “I guess eating’s out of the question.” Tabby shook her head and buried her nose into a pillow. He’d ordered seafood and, if she had to guess, a big fat steak. The meat didn’t bother her, but the smell. A minute later, a heavy hand rubbed her shoulder. “It’s gone.” She risked a sniff, and while still lingering, the smell had left with the cart. She noticed he’d kept the champagne and dessert. “You should eat. Don’t let me stop you.” Eli unwrapped the bottle and went to work on the cork. “Nah. It was really just a cover anyway.” “For what?” He actually looked sheepish. “For getting them to give me your room number.” Tabby laughed. She’d wondered how he’d found her. The timing had been too long for him to have simply followed her. Although she should be concerned that her privacy was offered up for something as little as room service. “You better hope you don’t get someone fired.” He raised an eyebrow. “No one will know unless you tell them. And besides, I had to do something after the disappearing act you pulled.” She snorted. “I’m surprised you were able to tear yourself away from Caro long enough to even notice I was gone.” Tabby clapped a hand across her mouth and dropped back against the pillow. Why the hell didn’t she just broadcast her jealousy for all of Asheville to hear? The bed dipped on the other side, followed by the heat of a body sliding in dangerously close to her. Lord, it was bad enough he’d held her hair during her not-so-proud moment of hugging the porcelain throne, but now he expected her to lay beside him and not die of mortification after her whiny comment about Caro. “I noticed, Tabby. I’ve noticed a lot of things in the past few days.”

Can You Heart It by Casey Diam

Today we have the release day blitz for CAN YOU HEAR IT by Casey Diam! Check it out and be sure to grab your copy today!

Title: CAN YOU HEAR IT

Author: Casey Diam

Genre: Sports Romance

About Can You Hear It:

Secrets. Deceptions. Tragedies. Those were the root of all evil. One of those became the root of mine the day I lost the love of my life. My best friend. My lover. Everyone disregarded it, saying, “Let’s face it, Averie, you have the rest of your life ahead of you.” They were wrong. James Lawrence was my ever after . . . until Ashton. If only he didn’t come bearing his own brand of evil. A secret. The reason he wanted me to stay away. I should have listened, and he should have tried harder, but both of us failed. And if we hadn’t, if he had told me when we first met, would it have altered the moment I realized that I was falling for him? The slight variation in the air. The hitch in my breath. The lightness in my chest. Impossible to know; I’d already fallen. I was already ruined. ***A standalone sports romance that takes place in senior year high school. Due to explicit content, this book is suitable for 17+

Exclusive Excerpt:

My lips pressed to hers. “You can touch me anywhere.” I kissed her again. “It’s whatever you want, Averie.” I would be lying if I said I hadn’t been masturbating to images of her—every fucking day. Especially after talking to her on the phone at night. Her voice held this sexy rasp that sent all kinds of signals to my cock each time she spoke, and the wrong signals, too. It wasn’t the let’s-be-friends kind. It was the let-me-spread-your-legs-and-have-you-for-dessert kind, let-me-make-you-come-on-my-cock kind. And as we began to make out again, it remained in the back of my mind that I needed to tell her about my condition. Kissing was okay. Touching was okay. But anything more than that, and I would have to tell her first. It wouldn’t be anything short of a betrayal if I didn’t. She wasn’t like the other three I’d slept with, she was more, I felt it every time I so much as looked at her. Her hand moved over my zipper, and my cock lurched in my jeans, and as she began to caress me, a groan caught in my throat. Fuck. Take my cock out if you want, I told her with my kiss. Whatever you want, Averie. Oh, fuck yes . . . Her grip tightened around my dick as she continued to work it through the material, all I could think was how much I wanted to feel her bare hands on me. With me on the brink of insanity, my lips crushed to hers, desperate with need. After pressing myself into her hand, I rolled onto my back and flicked my belt from the loop, undoing it and my button in two seconds flat before yanking my zipper down. As her eyes shifted to my hand shoving at my jeans and then the tent pole situation in my boxers, I watched her. Her fingers glided over my abs and under the waistband of my boxers, and inside to grip my cock. Oh, fuck. My head fell back, and a heavy breath passed my lips as my eyes closed.

Catching Sin ~ Copyright J. Saman 2019

He’s still staring at me, waiting for my reply to his offer for dinner, but suddenly, I’m not all that hungry. Well, not for food.
Unbuckling my seatbelt, I climb across the center console and into his lap, straddling him again, which seems to be my signature move where he’s concerned. Our clothes are soaked, my pants and shirt practically fusing to his.
“What are you doing?” he grinds out, his hands sliding to my hips, his head dropping back against his seat so he can take me in.
I look into his eyes, which isn’t all that easy in the darkness of the car. My back is shielding him from the glow of the dash and navigation and outside it’s a wild monsoon. But I can just see him enough and what I see . . . “I’m looking into your eyes, Mister Sinclair. Checking to see just what sort of man you are.”
The flash in his eyes tells me he remembers the first time I spoke those words to him in the back of the town car. “And what’s your verdict?”
“That you’re strong enough to fight your own battles and smart enough to win them.”
“What does that mean?”
“That I’m done fighting this.” My fingers rake through his short hair and I lean in, pressing my lips softly to his. I’ve never done this before. Never initiated a kiss. Hell, I’ve only ever kissed two boys in my life and that last one was when I was sixteen. That time didn’t end well for me. I’m hoping this is different. Maddox freezes, his body tensing and his hands clutching my hips just a bit harder. “Kiss me back, Maddox. Don’t make me beg you for it.” I will. I want this that badly.
“Fuck,” he growls, his face tilting to deepen the kiss as he tugs on my hips, pulling me closer into him. His lips part mine, his tongue sweeping in, devouring every inch of my mouth.
I surrender. I give in to him completely. Allow him to lead and consume me with his hands in my hair and up the back of my shirt. With his hard cock pressing against my most sensitive area, shooting sprays of electricity throughout my body.
I cup his face, loving the hint of roughness from his stubble against my palms, as I grind forward against him. I may be brand new at this. I may have never done anything more than kiss a guy, but I know how to move my body. I was taught by the best. And judging by the sounds slipping past his lips into mine, I’m doing it right.
We fit together so well. So perfectly aligned. This is it. This is what I’ve been waiting for. All that angry passion between us bubbling beneath the surface explodes. We’re a mess. Wild and frantic. Teeth and hands and moans and tongues. It’s kissing the way I always imagined it would be. Full of unrestricted passion. I lose track of how long we kiss like this. It’s hours and days and I never want it to stop. He’s learning every inch of my mouth. Memorizing the way the brush of his tongue against mine makes me whimper. How the press of his lips against mine makes me dive in for more. Maddox is my drug. He’s my high. And I never want to come down.
“Isabel,” he groans against me, his arm snaking up the back of my shirt, his hand reaching out of my collar to grip my hair. He tugs down, forcing my head back, my neck to arch. His tongue glides up the column of my neck, nipping at my flesh as he goes. I shudder and shake, pressing his face deeper into me. “We’re playing with fire,” he breathes against me, causing gooseflesh to erupt in his wake.
“What’s the matter, Maddox? Afraid of getting burned?”

  Exclusive Excerpt:

Mr. Lucas Black himself is leaning against the side of my car, his legs crossed at the ankles, and his eyes very much focused on me. My feet don’t falter because I’m scared, not really, it’s just, I’d almost forgotten just how downright sexy he is. Almost. He’s wearing navy blue suit pants that are tailored to his long legs to perfection. His light grey button-up shirt is opened a bit at the collar to show off his upper chest. His sleeves are rolled up to showcase his forearms—his muscularforearms. So sexy. I’m pretty sure men know exactly what they’re doing when they roll up their sleeves like that. They must know how it affects us women. Judging by the tip of his lips, heknows. “How may I help you this evening, Mr. Black?” I ask, clearing my throat as I take a few steps closer toward him. I have to look up into his eyes, even though I’m in high heels and he’s leaning against my car with his head tipped down. He’s tall, I estimate his height to be around six-foot-three inches. A mouthwatering six-foot-three inches at that. He’s long and tall, lean and if I touched his abs, I think they’d be sculpted with ridged muscle. He smirks. I assume it to be his signature expression, as it comes very easily to him. “Your car is a piece of shit, Brooklyn,” he murmurs. My body jerks slightly, and I narrow my eyes at him, glaring up into his green gaze. “You’re such a dick,” I announce. My eyes widen in surprise, shocked that I’ve actually said those words aloud. His shoulders shake with a quiet laugh as he smiles broadly. “Yeah, beautiful, I know,” he admits. “Why are you here? And why do you keep giving me flowers?” I ask, placing my hands on my hips. His brows rise and he shakes his head once. “I haven’t sent you any flowers, not since the ones you promptly shipped right back to my ass, kitten,” he murmurs. My eyebrows pull together, remembering the bouquet wrapped in plastic on my front porch. Even at the time, I thought it didn’t seem to be his style, but hell, what do I know? He pushes off of my car while I’m thinking, and then I’m suddenly wrapped in his arms—his strong, spicy, masculine scent surrounding me. One of his hands wraps around my waist while the other rests at the side of my neck. He’s so close, so fucking close, that it wouldn’t take very much effort to kiss him—not much at all. His hard body presses against mine, it’s like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. I like it a little too much, too much to ignore or pretend that I don’t. I’m in so much trouble.

About INTERFERENCE

BRAYDEN
I’m a goddamn prodigy. It’s true. Ask anyone. I threw my first curveball the day I was born.
The whole damn town is waiting on me. To live up to my father’s famous name. To reach for the stars.
All I want to reach for is her.
But Ashley is the sweet addiction I can’t afford. She’s my best friend’s sister. Hell, she’s practically my little sister. For years, I’ve protected her from guys that want one thing. What happens now that I’ve turned into one of them? Who’s gonna shield her from the way I was made, from my little white lies and from what I’m about to become?
My game plan sounds simple: Pitch my way into the Major League draft and stay out of Ashley Foster’s pants. That first part may be statistically difficult.
The second feels damn near impossible.
ASHLEY
From the moment we met, I knew he was trouble. The kind my mother sent me to find. The type that ruins you for any other brand.
When we were young kids, Didn’t know what to call the frogs and butterflies that danced in my belly whenever Brayden came near. Now I know they have a name.
Those three little words that could heal or destroy him.
Before Brayden, my life was normal. And then it wasn’t. It couldn’t be. Ever again. How was I to know that stealing his seat would change all our lives?
Anger and forgiveness share two halves of the same coin. Our story might make you choose sides.

Staggering backwards like I’m drunk I harden my gaze, “Entertain me con-artist, show me another use for that pretty mouth of yours, besides spouting off lies.” “I hate you,” She spits through gritted teeth, the lustful haze diminishing in her eyes. I hate myself too. For wanting you. For hating you. For being stuck in this stupid house with you. “Come on, we ain’t got all night…” I tisk, impatiently. I’m so caught up in taunting her, in feeling the lick of hate her presence brings me that I don’t notice the slap coming towards my cheek until it’s too late. Her hand makes contact with my cheek, and my head flies to the side with the impact of the blow. My jaw turns to steel and my temper ignites. I’m reacting before I even get a chance to stop myself. Reaching for her, my fingers curl around her throat, my hold is surprisingly gentle for the amount of bitterness flowing through my veins. Ava’s reaction to me is petrified fear and she starts to tremble when I lean into her face, giving her delicate throat a firm squeeze. “If you’re going to put your hands on someone then you better be prepared for them to put their hands on you.” “Don’t…” She croaks. “What? Hurt you?” I tilt my head to the side, eyeing her heart shaped face. “I could never hurt you like you hurt me, you’ve done enough of that for the both of us. I’m merely trying to show you a sliver, a fraction of the pain you made me feel.” Feeling as if I’m seconds away from crashing and burning I release her, and take a step back. Then I turn to walk away. I’m done. Done with this cat and mouse game.
